e-Billing Bill your clients more efficiently and effectively and save money at the same time. Manual and automated bills for both tangible goods and services. Our pricing engine permits a vast group of pricing methodologies. Bills that are generated are delivered and tracked via e-mail. Bill recipients do not require a user account or password to obtain the bill. We use a dynamic keying mechanism that ensures bill privacy and prevents unauthorized access. Our system also has an escalation system that will automatically notify the client and your staff when overdue invoices have not been paid. Overdue invoices can have an automated interest calculation that updates the total amount due as needed. Financial transactions and invoices are downloadable in Quicken, and now the QFX formats. This is supported by Quicken, Quickbooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Money.
